| Our Recruiting Quality Assurance Program is designed to ensure that only qualified candidates become employees of IonIdea. The program provides a process by which management and recruiters can evaluate candidates’ qualifications against strict company standards. |
| The Recruiting Quality Assurance Program begins when the recruiter first sources a candidate, by comparing a candidate’s resume against the Job Description and Skills Requirement sought by IonIdea. The job escription and skills requirements will be reviewed and revised as required to current customer and technological demands. |

| Candidate Recruitment - Levels of Qualification |
| IonIdea recruiters go through different stages in the recruiting life cycle. |
| Resume Pre-qualification: |
| This requires a recruiter to rate each resume he/she receives against the Job Description/Skill Requirements for each open position. |
| Initial Pre-Qualification Testing: |
| If a candidate's resume meets our rating standards, then the Recruiter may contact the candidate. The recruiter will obtain contact information from the candidate and clarify any skills requirements not listed on his/her resume. The recruiter will administer an "Initial Pre-Qualification Test" for the position the candidate qualifies. |
| Comprehensive Technical Skills Testing: |
| The Comprehensive Technical Skills Testing is how IonIdea certifies that a candidate's technical abilities are at an acceptable level. Two technically competent staff members interview all candidates. |
| Suitability Interview: |
| After a candidate has successfully passed our technical screening process they move into the final stage, which is our suitability interview. IonIdea's suitability interview that the candidate has proper communication skills both written and oral, solid presentation skills, and is prepared to work for IonIdea clients worldwide. |
